Darren is a highly experienced and respected leader in the technology industry in Australia. He has over 25 years’ experience in leading the growth of service and technology companies with the aim of building world class IP and capability and exporting it to the rest of the world. He is experienced in leading both public and private companies and very experienced in dealing with the investment community.
His experience covers a wide range of industries including Defence and Inner Agencies, Healthcare, Tertiary Education, Financial Services/Insurance and all levels of Government. He has a track record of building high performing teams which are united by purpose and he is a values-based leader. Darren’s key strengths are his leadership attributes, his ability to commercialise innovation and his long-term strategic thinking.

Craig is senior business and technology professional with over twenty-five years of experience across a broad range of industries. Craig’s experience covers a variety of roles including business development and sales, customer management, commercial and operations management, program and project management, and technical team leadership.
Craig recently led a Customer Engagement Program at Citadel that has delivered significant capability uplift to sales delivery and operations teams working with Citadel customers. The program has delivered uplift across commercial and contract management including improved compliance and customer reporting, customer engagement and service delivery, and technology operations within the managed service business.
